**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing various maintenance tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
  • Clean all areas of the Facility (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) while following Company procedures, guidelines, and methods, and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with Company Environmental Sustainability Program.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

**What We Offer:

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at Sam's Club, you can expect a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00*, based on location and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
