About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Eustis location.

Job Summary

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity that requires providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, making purchase suggestions, and assisting with store maintenance. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to learn and grow with our team.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Make purchase suggestions to customers based on their needs
  • Assist with store maintenance, including cleaning and organizing the sales floor
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
