**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Medical Care Specialist - Hemodialysis Technician to join our team. As a Hemodialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing life-saving dialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive safe and effective care, while also promoting a positive and supportive environment for all patients and staff.

**Responsibilities**
  1. Dialysis Treatment: Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and timely treatment delivery.
  2. Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, including pre- and post-treatment assessments, monitoring, and education to patients and their families.
  3. Vascular Access Management: Evaluate and maintain vascular access sites to ensure optimal function and minimize complications.
  4. Clinical Support: Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address clinical issues, implement quality improvement initiatives, and participate in ongoing education and training.
  5. Documentation: Accurately document patient information, treatment data, and any relevant observations or concerns in accordance with company policies and regulations.

**Requirements**
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited dialysis technician program preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a dialysis technician or related healthcare professional preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current certification as a dialysis technician or related field; state licensure may be required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, basic math skills, and proficiency in electronic medical records.

**Salary Information**

The estimated salary range for this position is $23.09-$29.46 per hour, based on qualifications and location.
