We are seeking a Night Monitor to join our team in our Wasilla, Alaska location.

Job Summary

This part-time and full-time position involves monitoring residents during sleeping hours, ensuring their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work evenings and weekends, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences, Education, or relevant life experience">

• The ability to counsel youth and provide guidance when needed">
• A strong sense of humor and common sense">

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide training opportunities to ensure your success in this role.
