Tinley Park, IL-based Ken Anderson - State Farm is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Licensed Insurance Sales Producer.
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team. As a successful State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Salary and Benefits
The base salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, with opportunities for commission and bonus. Additionally, we offer a 401k Retirement Plan, Life Insurance, and valuable experience. You will have the potential for growth and advancement within our office.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have an Active Property & Casualty license, Life and Health license (obtainable), and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be people-oriented, organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, dedicated to customer service, able to learn computer functions, and work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to provide timely and thorough activity reports to your agent and remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.
