We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Oak View Group. This dynamic individual will provide vital administrative support to the Office Manager and General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About Us

Oak View Group is the exclusive food, beverage, and merchandise provider for Salt River Fields, the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies Spring Training. We are a global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry.

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to provide administrative support, including payroll, accounting, and office duties. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and handling other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll, timekeeping, and tip distribution for our employees
  • Process accounting transactions, including A/P, A/R, and coding invoices
  • Perform general office and clerical duties, including copying, filing, creating/hanging signs, and telephone inquiries
  • Support our employees, including answering inquiries, assisting with new hire orientation, maintaining training logs, and distributing paychecks
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need advanced proficiency with computers in a Windows platform, including Microsoft applications. You should be able to operate standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, computers, and fax machines.

You will require excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

This position pays an estimated $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
