About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our Breast Surgery Clinic team at Swedish First Hill. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.

  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote effective communication.

  • Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and health management strategies.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.

  • Current Washington State RN license and national provider BLS certification.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in breast surgery nursing or a related field.

Salary Range

$45.65 - $84.03 per hour (dependent on experience). Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
