Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Registration Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Health System. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the patient registration process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position with no benefits. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in patient registration or a related field. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate's degree in healthcare or business administration is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain patient registration records and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details
  • Enter patient data into the system and manage cash balances
  • Prepare identification bracelets and issue receipts to patients
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of experience in patient registration or a related field
  • Associate's Degree in healthcare or business administration (preferred)

Salary Range: $30,000 - $40,000 per year
