Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bingham Memorial Hospital. As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized, goal-directed nursing care for patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities

Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care for patients in the PACU
Utilize the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures
Collaborate with surgical staff, anesthesia staff, physicians, and staff from other departments to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing, either a four-year degree Bachelor's Degree or a two-year Associate's Degree
Must possess current hospital experience (within the past five years) or be a new nursing graduate (within the last two years)
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Idaho and hold BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS and PALS certification
Ability to work collaboratively and positively with surgical staff, anesthesia staff, physicians, and staff from other departments
