We are seeking an exceptional Full Stack Grafana Developer with Strong Observability Skills to join our dynamic team. About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk. With a strong focus on Agile development methodologies, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain complex dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
- Implement Agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- 4+ years of relevant development experience in Grafana and over 8 years of overall IT experience
- Hands-on experience in creating various visualizations in Grafana
- Experience in Grafana Alert Manager or Prometheus Alert Manager
- Experience in building dashboards from Time series data base (Prometheus)
- Experience in building dashboards from Splunk
- Experience in integration with intelligent automation tools like Big Panda
- Experience in designing solutions from high-level requirements
- Experience in integrating with open-source third-party libraries

- Exposure to Unix Shell scripting

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must show sense of urgency and take end-to-end ownership of tasks

- Must take initiatives and drive the work by themselves with minimal help

- Tools knowledge: JIRA, Confluence, Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube are mandatory with hands-on experience. Branching, version controlling strategy knowledge is important

Nice to Have

- Experience in building/enhancing the visualizations for any Observability solutions
- Exposure to third-party tools/libraries such as Airflow
- Python programming
- Good knowledge of CI/CD, deployment
