About the Role

Cross USA is seeking a highly skilled Precision Calibration Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of precision measurement equipment, calibration program management, and measurement principles.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality calibrations at customer sites, adhering to corporate quality standards and procedures. They will work independently to prepare for on-sites, review equipment lists, procedures, and specifications, and ensure proper standards are selected for work assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for on-sites by reviewing equipment lists, procedures, and specifications.
  • Perform quality calibrations at customer sites, ensuring adherence to corporate quality standards and procedures.
  • Ensure necessary tools and property are in proper working order and in calibration.
  • Provide original data worksheets for final inspection and maintain quality inspection of calibrated equipment.
  • Complete certificates for equipment calibrated on-site and in-house in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of precision measurement equipment, calibration program management, and measurement principles.
  • Proficiency in gage management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail.
Benefits

Cross USA offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
