Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient rehabilitation and be passionate about helping patients achieve their full potential.


  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree is required, with a Doctorate degree preferred for this role.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in and completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ) are mandatory requirements. Valid CPR License is also necessary.
  • Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong clinical decision-making abilities.

This Physical Therapist position requires a forward-thinking individual who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and devising creative treatment plans.


  • Responsibilities include collecting and recording patient care data that follows format and guidelines of the patient care service, regulatory agencies, and third-party payers.
  • Daily billing records and productivity follow department guidelines.
  • Preparation for evaluations involves obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses, and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.

Salary and Benefits:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers competitive salary, quarterly bonuses, health, dental, and vision benefits, HSA options, term life insurance, guaranteed 3 weeks PTO, and 401(k) with company match.
