Job Opportunity

Soliant Education is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a full-time specialist for an elementary caseload in the Pacific Northwest.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant Education, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to elementary students with diverse communication needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address those needs.
  • Service Delivery: Provide high-quality speech therapy services to students, using evidence-based practices and adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and to share information about students' progress.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor students' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure that students are meeting their goals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress monitoring data.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certification: A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Licensure: Washington state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience: Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
