Psychiatric Clinician

Staff Today Inc is seeking a skilled Pschiatric Clinician to work in a facility in Stockton, California.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial mental health evaluations, including clinical review, to assess inmates' current needs and make treatment recommendations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address inmates' mental health needs, including crisis intervention and group psychotherapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care for inmates.
- Document all care provided to inmates, including face-to-face contacts and treatment plan progress.
- Monitor inmate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Psychologist within the last 36 months.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid and current CPR card and required licenses, permits, and/or certifications in the state of CA.
