Dishwasher Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at TerraBella Senior Living. This is a part-time position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for operating the dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment. You will also maintain a clean, sanitary, clutter-free, and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine. Additionally, you will empty kitchen trash and keep the dumpster area clear of debris.

• Estimated Annual Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 per year based on location and experience.

1. Operate the dish-washing machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
2. Maintain a clean and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine.
3. Empty kitchen trash and keep the dumpster area clear of debris.
4. Clean production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
5. Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
6. Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
7. Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
8. Assist in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
9. Deliver meals to residents.

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• You must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
• You must have reliable transportation to and from work.
