Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will play a key role in creating personalized beauty experiences for our clients. This dynamic position requires someone who is passionate about beauty and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop deep understanding of clients' beauty goals and preferences
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines
- Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and new products
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients
- Participate in sales and promotional events
- Provide excellent client service for BOPIS and client pickup orders
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Passion for client service and beauty
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Resilience and adaptability
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
We offer competitive pay rates, with an estimated salary range of $15.50-$20.50 per hour based on location and experience. As a Flex employee, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including part-time and on-demand shifts.
