About the Role
  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug development, preferably with 4+ years in project/program management.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing cross-functional teams, creating complex program plans, and ensuring timely communication to team members and senior leadership.

The successful Lead Program Manager will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining intricate program plans that encompass scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, key Go/No-Go decision points, resources, and budgets.
  • Effectively managing multiple cross-functional teams and meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and actions.
  • Ensuring seamless communication with team members and senior leadership regarding program status, key milestones, identified risks, and resource allocation.
  • Proactively identifying strategic or operational issues impacting plan execution and collaborating with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting the development and application of Project Management tools, templates, and best practices.
