Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Help Desk Associate to provide technical assistance and support to our customers. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to PC/Windows systems, Microsoft Office applications, and network connectivity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to PC/Windows systems, Microsoft Office applications, and network connectivity
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Key qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support environment
  • CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
  • Excellent technical knowledge of PC/Windows systems, Microsoft Office applications, and network connectivity

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
