We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Professional to join our team as a Spinal Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for soliciting orders, selling Medtronic spinal products, and representing the company in accordance with its policies and guidelines.

 

About the Role:
  • This is a field-based position that requires travel and occasional weekends/evenings/holidays on an emergency basis.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, preferably with experience in orthopedic or spine sales.
  • You will work closely with other sales representatives, providing support and guidance to ensure the success of your territory.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage consignments and loaner inventory.
  • Manage accounts in assigned territory and maintain up-to-date customer record books.
  • Solicit orders from present and prospective customers for assigned products.
  • Aggressively seek new customers and formulate plans for growth.
  • Resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales quota and total company market share in assigned territory.

 

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent AND 4+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years of medical sales.
  • Associate's Degree AND 2+ years of sales experience, or Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and personalities.
