Job Title: Dynamic Sales Director

About Us:

Premier Systems Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Plano, TX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, building strong customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team.

About the Role:

We are offering an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and close deals
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the IT services/software industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
