As a Master Guitar Craftsman at Guitar Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of musical instruments, providing exceptional repair and maintenance services to customer-owned instruments. This role requires a strong emphasis on customer service, craftsmanship, and the ability to foster a welcoming environment for musicians.
About the Job:
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining store inventory, performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, and assisting in the development of business through great customer experience and quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
• Maintain store owned gear, as requested
• Complete warranty repair work
• Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products is preferred.

Payscale:
The estimated salary range for this position is $14.42-$27.44 per hour, plus commission based on experience. This estimate is subject to change and may vary based on location and other factors.
