We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a State Farm agent. As a successful agent, you will be responsible for marketing only State Farm insurance and financial service products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

The role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities. In addition, benefits include flexible hours, paid time off, health benefits, and a 4-day work week.

As an Agent Team Member, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance within the agency. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to learn computer functions.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
