CUSTOMIZED INSURANCE SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENT SUCCESS

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at COUNTRY Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in providing customized insurance solutions to our clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals and protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of each option.
  • Guide clients in selecting coverage that best meets their needs, taking into account their personal and professional circumstances.
  • Suggest modifications and updates to clients' existing insurance policies, ensuring they remain aligned with their evolving needs.
  • BUILD customized insurance packages to meet clients' unique requirements, combining products and services to create tailored solutions.

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry trends, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
