About Drew School's Lacrosse Program

Drew School, a member of the Bay Area Conference, invites applications for a talented Lacrosse Coach to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience contributing to a diverse and inclusive environment. This is a temporary/seasonal position with an estimated salary of $3,000 for the season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective practice sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Develop individual skills required for lacrosse, including physical and mental preparation.
  • Develop and communicate team strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain open communication with players, parents, and administration.
  • Safely operate school vehicles as needed.
  • Serve as a mentor to student-athletes, promoting their academic, physical, and social development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A valid California driver's license.
  • Fingerprinting verification (Drew School covers the cost for selected candidates).
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • ASEP or NFHS Coaching Certification, which Drew School will coordinate if necessary.
  • Availability during weekdays (2 pm - 7 pm) and weekends as scheduled.
