Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate branding
* Manage and oversee the US Marketing Department, including Creative, Product Management, Communications, Events, and Campaigns
* Assist in writing and proofreading content, including labels, catalogs, and communications

Requirements:

* 5+ years of direct selling industry experience, preferably in marketing and sales
* Proven ability to maintain brand consistency and develop effective marketing strategies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and leadership
