Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team at Equinox. As an Elite Fitness Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members, providing personalized coaching and guidance to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

About the Role:

  • Job Description: As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced athletes. You will design and deliver customized fitness programs that cater to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Salary: $39.50-$70 per session; $16 per hour (non-session work); with opportunities to earn additional incentive bonuses.

  • Requirements: Current personal training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program. Eligibility to begin a higher tier and pay rate based on previous experience and education. Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness. Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills.
