Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team at Pilot Company. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees and ensure they are meeting company standards for customer service and food quality
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Assist managers with tasks such as training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in restaurant operations or a related field
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required
