Comprehensive Acute Care Nurse

UW Health University Hospital seeks a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our esteemed Transplant Unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with critically ill patients requiring complex care in an academic Level 1 trauma center.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions between levels of care.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating current research and evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
* Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of our nursing practice.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years, preferably in ICU or IMC settings.
* Licensure and Certification: Current WI nursing license or compact license from your permanent address state, along with BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
* Schedule: 36 hours per week, evening/night shifts, every other weekend, depending on unit needs.
