About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Property Management Specialist to join our team at J & S SIDING INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing trades, and overseeing a wide range of residential construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, ensuring clear communication and effective follow-up.
  • Manage the entire warranty process for clients, tracking claims and scheduling trades as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documenting problems and corrective actions planned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management or residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our company offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
