About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team in Auburn, WA. This full-time contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with students, educators, and families to develop tailored speech therapy plans. With a caseload of 45 students, you'll have the chance to leverage your expertise to drive meaningful growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration with existing educational programs
• Conduct regular progress assessments to monitor student growth and adjust therapy plans as needed

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least one year of verifiable experience as a pediatric speech therapist within the last three years
• A valid speech therapist credential or license in the state of practice
• Authorization to work in the United States upon hire (sponsored employment not available)
