Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter/foreman to join our team at River City Craftsmen LLC. As a master craftsman, you will be responsible for leading our team of skilled tradespeople in the completion of various commercial and residential contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of skilled tradespeople
* Oversee the completion of commercial and residential contracting projects
* Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
* Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and objectives
* Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in carpentry and/or construction management
* Proven track record of leading and managing teams
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Basic tools and equipment
* Clean background check
