At Petfolk, we're revolutionizing veterinary care with technology and design at the forefront. Our mission is to improve the health and happiness of Charlotte's pets, pet parents, and veterinary caregivers. We're seeking a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our team in Ballantyne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the care team in providing exceptional patient care and client experiences
  • Work collaboratively with pet parents to ensure high-quality care and communication
  • Participate in Fear Free training and certification to promote stress-free veterinary visits
  • Utilize high-end technology and digital tools to support care and communication
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Saturdays and Sundays required for this weekend-only role
  • Experience working with animals and a passion for Fear Free handling
  • Excellent communication skills and a penchant for exceeding expectations
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and systems
  • Organized, reliable, and eager to learn and grow
  • 3+ years of experience in the pet ecosystem
  • Passion for improving veterinary healthcare
