Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a member of our store team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, emptying trash bins, and refilling window washing stations.
  • Assisting with sales floor operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and promoting teamwork and safety.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A friendly demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
