About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at a skilled nursing care facility. The successful candidate will work closely with residents to provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT.

Schedule

This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to craft a schedule that suits your unique lifestyle. While our clinics typically operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, this position may involve working variable shifts to meet the needs of our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Providing occupational therapy and wellness services for older adults
  • Maintaining professional practices and ethical standards
  • Contributing to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
  • Assisting with optimizing each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Current COTA state licensure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A results-oriented mindset with a dash of critical thinking
  • Tech-savvy skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Professional curiosity and knack for finding solutions

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $33.00 - $45.00 per hour, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career advancement and cross-training.
