Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Willows at Howell. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care: Contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses, administering medications and observing patients to prevent adverse reactions, performing routine lab tests and therapeutic services, and educating patients and their families about disease treatment plans and self-care post-discharge.
  • Safety and Emergency Response: Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe and take corrective action as appropriate.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire date
  • High school diploma or GED
