About the Role

The HEALing Community Center seeks a skilled and experienced Dental Program Director to lead our dental program at all locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned dentist with leadership experience to oversee the entire dental program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing formal clinic policies and procedures, guiding dentists and professional staff, and ensuring clinical practices meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the dental program's core missions and values.
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide guidance to dentists and professional staff on delivering consistent standards of care.
  • Staff Development: Evaluate and provide feedback to staff to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Community Engagement: Represent HEAL at community meetings and events to foster relationships and advocate for patients' needs.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited institution, GA dental license or eligibility, current DEA License, and BLS or ACLS certification.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, develop and implement policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and critical thinking skills.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
