Operations Analyst

At Hudson and Associates, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analysis professional to join our team. As an Operations Analysis, you will play a critical role in assisting the Executive Vice President of Operations by monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the daily activities of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze data streams to identify trends and issues
- Develop and maintain reports to ensure accurate and timely information
- Manage company compliance with safety practices and policies
- Provide administrative support in addressing incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and inventory
- Manage all employee contacts, phone, address, and email for the company
- Proactively update and monitor delegated tasks to ensure progress of deadlines and projects are on schedule
- Assure discreet handling of all business
- Present a professional company image through communications and interactions with vendors, clients, guests, and the management team
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 1 year of Data Analysis work is preferred
- Experience with MS Windows Applications, Micro Soft Office, Excel Spreadsheets, and Internet research skills
Technical Skills:
- High level of accuracy, detail, and data entry skills
- Ability to learn and comprehend third-party processing and management systems
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- High level of accuracy
Operations Analysis / Skills We Are Looking For:
- Proficient in computer/software programs such as QuickBooks, Access, Adobe Programs, all Microsoft programs, Google Drive, etc.
- Program Management and Leadership
- Skilled in achieving business goals and customer satisfaction
- Proficient written and verbal communications skills
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Great clerical and office skills, familiar with standard formatting of documents and letters
- Great Communication Skills (Verbal, Oral, Writing)
- Great Personality and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Proficient Microsoft Computer Skills including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF
