Job Title: Strategic Total Rewards Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Total Rewards Director to join our team at RealTruck. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits administration, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective total rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of total rewards programs that align with the company's business objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Provide strategic guidance on compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to ensure programs align with the company strategy, are market competitive, and are achieving stated program objectives.
  • Present analysis and modeling of plan designs, costs, and alternatives that are comprehensive yet easily understood.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, HR teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant business experience, including international compensation experience.
  • 5+ years of total rewards/compensation experience, with a strong background in compensation and benefits administration.
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills, with experience interacting effectively with top management.
