Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at FCC Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including floors, surfaces, and windows.
  • Perform routine maintenance on building systems, such as air filters, light bulbs, and batteries.
  • Order supplies and materials as needed to ensure a well-stocked inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with CARF standards and FCC Behavioral Health policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Related work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and tools.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
