Senior Engineering Manager, Growth

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to join our Growth team in San Francisco. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse team of engineers and collaborating with globally distributed teams.

  • About the Role:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the United States to drive impactful results safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Analytics teams to deliver experiments that span across the entire Postman product.
  • Help shape strategy and staffing aligned with leadership goals.
  • Hire exceptional engineering talent through end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Measure and iterate on key metrics for functional area performance.
  • Motivate and communicate effectively across multiple levels.
  • Cultivate a growth mindset and help engineers develop new skills.
About You:

The ideal candidate must have:

  • 4+ years of experience in an engineering management role, preferably in customer-facing or developer-facing products.
  • Proven experience managing delivery of experiments (A/B, Multivariate) with measurable impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A builder's mindset, regularly using the product and speaking the same language as the team.
  • Attention to detail and care for product experience.
  • Customer obsession, leveraging user voice to expedite decision-making and delight users.
  • Experience managing engineering teams delivering impactful results quickly and safely.
  • Location: Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $216,750 - $293,250, plus a comprehensive benefits package including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend.
