Saxon Global is seeking a skilled Business Transformation Manager to lead transformation programs across our organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in process improvement, change management, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, including experience in leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and managing budgets. They will also have expertise in AI and RPA technologies, as well as healthcare experience.

Responsibilities of the Business Transformation Manager include defining program scope, resource requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and plans. They will maintain focus on program risks and interdependencies across the life cycle, making contingency plans to proactively address issues that pose risk to budget, schedule, and scope.

Additionally, the successful candidate will engage cross-functional leaders across all business areas to determine effective Root Cause Analysis, short-and long-term solutions, and remediation. They will drive results and resolve issues, including the ability to assess and course correct as necessary.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required, and PMP and/or SAFe certification is desired.

This is a full-time position offering an estimated salary of $85,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
