Job Title: Reservations Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at Echo Afc. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting clients with their transportation needs, and accurately processing transportation orders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inbound Call Management:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously, providing clients with information on available transportation services.
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable transportation options based on their needs.
• Address inquiries about pricing, availability, and vehicle types.

* Reservation Processing:

• Accurately enter client information and transportation details into our software.
• Confirm booking details with clients, ensuring all necessary information is captured and verified.
• Modify and update reservations as needed, maintaining clear communication with clients regarding any changes.

* Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any issues that arise during the booking process.
• Assist clients or direct them to the appropriate person regarding special requests, such as group bookings, special accommodations, or route preferences.
• Ensure a positive experience for every client, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.

* Coordination and Communication:

• Communicate any special instructions or client preferences to drivers and the dispatch team.
• Follow up with clients post-trip to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.

* Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the reservations department.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably in the transportation or travel industry.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all reservations.
* Proficiency with reservation systems or CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, handling multiple calls and reservations simultaneously.
* A friendly and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Knowledge of local and regional geography, including key routes and destinations.

Salary Description:

$20.00 per hour
