We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our restaurant team as Kitchen Team Members. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, adhering to our quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our health and safety standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
- Basic math and reading skills, with the ability to understand and follow recipes and instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing and walking required.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license (if required).

- Competitive hourly wage, ranging from $12.50-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Flexible scheduling, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, Monday through Saturday.
