About the Role

Citigroup is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Director to join our Corporate Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risk across our leveraged finance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to minimize exposure.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on risk-related matters, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of our leveraged finance portfolio, including credit quality, default rates, and other key metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, credit analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and mitigating risk in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance concepts, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
