About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team in PAOLI, IN. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers with a positive attitude.
* Accurately fill customer orders and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

What We Offer
* Competitive hourly rate ranging from $14.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
* Opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation in specific circumstances.
* Premiums may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Ability to walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
