Global Sales Development Manager

Selling Paychex Deutschland GmbH products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base to boost profits in Core Sales, Human Resource Services Sales or Major Market Sales organizations.
Job Description
Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customers' needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers. This involves scheduling appointments and visiting potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users, as well as prospecting for new clients and new referral sources using various methods such as telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits or other local marketing programs directed by Sales management.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to the relevant party when necessary. Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed-upon dates set by Sales management. Expedite the resolution of customer problems or complaints, while maintaining a positive image representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
Travel Requirements
May be required to travel outside of geographical territory for purposes of attending conferences, training sessions, and/or area Zone meetings.
Qualifications
High School Diploma - Required
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
2 years of experience in Relevant sales/marketing experience.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
