Legal Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Legal Intake Coordinator to join our team at Safe Harbor Wills and Trusts. This full-time, in-office position involves surveying prospective clients, managing new client onboarding, and data entry.

Safe Harbor Wills and Trusts is a boutique law firm specializing in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Family and Legacy Planning, Supplemental Needs Planning, Probate, and Guardianship Proceedings.

• Book consultations with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure accurate meeting schedules
• Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection
• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and ensuring they feel seen and heard

• Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

The estimated hourly compensation for this role is between $17-$19 per hour. Our practice prioritizes giving back to the community and encourages employees to participate in charitable events. Employees will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with opportunities to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms.
