Sales Process Optimization Manager

Integrated Management Resources, LLC is seeking a talented Sales Operations Analyst to join its team. This role provides operational support to sales, sales management, and cross-functional teams, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk Operations. A deep understanding of technology solutions (Salesforce, CPQ solutions, reporting solutions) is essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar field, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills and a high level of energy are required to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Estimated salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year.
Responsibilities include documenting current and future state CPQ and Deal Desk processes, configuring and implementing a newly purchased CPQ solution, creating a Deal Desk process, and helping drive the shift to utilize Deal Desk as a strategic partner.
You will also work closely with the Sales team to aggregate, review, and approve quotes for processing. This role will involve 20% strategic planning and 80% execution of quotes.
