Clinical Care Nurse

As a Clinical Care LVN/LPN with LanceSoft, you will be empowered to deliver holistic patient care to your community with support, guidance, collaboration, and a "one store, one team mindset."
Our LPNs/LVNs enjoy great patient workloads with a 1 on 1 patient ratio, fully utilizing their nurse skillset through our expanded practice, playing an important role in care planning, and achieving work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
- Administer immunizations and injections, and provide patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, assess patients during intake, take vital signs, and perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening, and Point of Care testing.
- Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management, and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
- Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record.
- Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Pass the FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.
- Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
- The LPN/LVN must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
