What We Offer:
Competitive annual base pay, ranging from $76,000 to $90,000, with a cash incentive based on experience and fit. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus, potential performance-based incentives, a relocation package, and a student debt repayment program. Our generous benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and insurance for employees and their families, as well as an interactive wellness program with rewards for balanced, healthy living. We also provide life and AD&D, long-term disability, and professional liability insurance, as well as eligibility for employee and family physical therapy benefits. Furthermore, we offer parental leave, accrue up to 15 days of PTO (sick and vacation time), and 6 paid holidays, 1 charitable giving day, and up to 2 personal days. Our 401(k) and profit-sharing program offers up to 5% of total compensation, and we provide an industry-leading continuing education package, manual therapy mentorship opportunity, continuing education stipend ($1500 annually), continuing education PTO (up to 3 days annually), PT cohort experience including NAIOMT foundational course work (quarterly in person), MedBridge learning subscription, one-to-one mentorship program, tuition advancement program (application process), and orthopedic residency program opportunity (application process).
